Mr. Toots Coffeehouse is a quaint coffeehouse nestled above the charming village of Capitola overlooking the ocean and pier just south of Santa Cruz California. Mr. Toots Coffeehouse is the second oldest coffeehouse in all of Santa Cruz County having been in business over 26 years in the same location. Located upstairs above Margaritaville, Mr. Toots has the old world charm it has been known for over the past two decades.
