It's been an amazing year and to get on the cover and sports section of the
Japan Times was super cool. Thank you to By Mai Yoshikawa for writing the article and interviewing me on video. One day I hope to make it to Japan. Perfect timing to make the Japan Times sports page with Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto right after their World Series Win.
I tell people all of the time. Doing give up and do what you love. I never imagined I would still be skateboard racing international at the age of 66. I placed 3rd in the Giant Slalom at the International Slalom race in Brazil. Leiola placed 1st overall. I will post that soon. I got sick coming back from all the travels and just starting going through my insta360 footage. Congrats to all of the racers.
