Pacific Collegiate 2013 Lottery for Fall 2013

Last year we were one of the lucky ones that got a spot for 7 th grade at PCS and siblings get to go automatically which I heard rumor that might be changing. (Not sure just what I heard). We didn't know how lucky we were until a teacher/mom gave me the low down on numbers and how tough it was to get in. It is worth trying and my son is happy there. Over 700 parents were trying to get their kids in a year ago. Over 450 in 7 th grade alone and I think their were 47 spots or something like that. We got number 12. You have to go to one of these meetings to get on the list so you can fill out an admissions form and submit it. They recommend taking your child. I didn't because I choose to set there on a Saturday and didn't want to ask my kid to give up a morning, I went to find out what they had to offer and if it would be a good fit. It was.

PCS Lottery 2013 Applications are now online on the website under Admissions. If you have friends who are interested please let them know. If you have a sibling of your current PCS student who is interested in attending next fall, fill out an application for them.

Information Meeting dates are as follows: Saturday January, 26 2013 9:00- 11:00 AM

Saturday February 2, 2013 9:00-11:00 AM

Thursday February 21, 2013 6:30-8:30 PM

Saturday March 2, 2013 9:00-11:00 AM

The Information Meetings will take place in the PCS Gym. The last day to submit your application for the 2013-2014 lottery is March 7, 2013. The lottery will be held on March 21, 2013.
