Hospice of Santa Cruz County to benefit at the Sockshop & Shoe Company tonight

More meaning behind this project then I knew. Just read the article Jondi wrote about this event in the Santa Cruz Sentinel this morning. I worked on the ad's, post card with Ellen, Kelly Short, Jesse and Lauren. I didn't know the story behind the event and feel more proud for working on this. I had a friend commit suicide a week ago I can't imagine what Kate went through with her son. I thought this was an event for Hospice but realize it has more meaning behind it.

Sneak Peak Pacific Rim Film Festival Banners 2012

Fresh off the press so to speak currently still in production at Stokes Signs but soon to be hung Downtown Santa Cruz next week the Pacific Rim Film Festival banners. The event is from October 19 -24 th. We are adding vinyl type to the black ones so we can update the banners every year. Can't wait for the event.

I did the illustration on the black banner. I didn't to the Koi fish and blossom art.

Sale starts today. Super fun project to design ad's for this SALE. Favorite retail establishment. If you love shoes and socks a must. I got a cool Pistil hat last week and some gloves around the holidays. Pistil is a cool little company out of Hood River Oregon my favorite place to slalom race. Hood reminds me of Santa Cruz in that it is a tight community but way smaller and close to snow in the winter.
